Bob has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. Along with personal training he has taught everything from racquetball to SilverSneakers classes. Bob has also worked at the former Solon Athletic Club training clients over 55 as well as the Twinsburg Fitness Center where he worked with senior fitness programs. Recently, he has developed his own program called "Fitness Over 50" to help seniors get in shape and stay healthy.
